What to bring
- A list of any medicines you take, including blood thinners
- Details of health conditions such as diabetes, heart problems or allergies
- Tell us if you are pregnant or might be
- Previous dental X-rays or reports, if you have them
- For children, a parent or guardian

Questions from new patients
Is the first check-up really free?
Yes. We offer a free check-up for the whole family. If you need treatment or an X-ray, your dentist will explain what is involved and what it costs before anything is done.
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend booking so we can keep your waiting time short. You can book online, call or message us on WhatsApp. On Sundays we see pre-booked appointments only.
Can I bring my children?
Yes. Children are welcome, and we take extra time to help them feel comfortable. A parent or guardian should come with children under 18.
Which dentist will I see?
You can choose a dentist when you book online, or leave it to us and we will book you with the first available dentist.
Getting ready for your first visit
A little preparation helps your dentist give you the best advice at your first appointment.
- Bring any previous dental X-rays, reports or treatment plans.
- Make a list of the medicines you take and any allergies.
- Tell your dentist about any health conditions, as they can affect dental treatment.
